Getting access
Your invitation comes from your provider.
Use your practice’s link or QR code
Your provider sends the invitation for their Academy. There is no public directory of patient Academies.
Verify your email
Enter your email and use the secure verification link. Keep invitation and sign-in links private.
Return to one patient home
Use the same private account for your practice resources, assignments, updates, and any optional Circle features.
Private patient access
What your practice can see.
- Your display name, email address, verified access, and the date you joined its Academy.
- Resources and programs assigned to you, plus their completion or progress.
- Only information connected to that practice’s Academy—not another provider’s Academy.
- Aggregate activity on public resources is counted without names, emails, IP addresses, or visitor identifiers.
Sunshyn Circle is optional.
A participating practice may offer adults access to Sunshyn Circle, a shared peer community where you can post with a chosen name, find someone in a similar feeding stage, and request a private connection.
Private chat opens only after both people agree. Block, report, pause, and end-connection controls remain available.
A clear boundary
Education and peer support are not medical care.
Practice Academy is not an electronic health record, clinical patient portal, emergency service, or place to send symptoms, medical records, diagnoses, insurance information, or urgent questions. Use the private clinical contact method your treating practice gives you.
Other patients do not see your email, Academy assignments, or progress. Circle members see only the profile details you choose for peer support.
