Payment and access policy

Individual Premium: Your account stays on Free until the QuickBooks invoice is paid. Unpaid checkout does not remove Free access or saved work. We send gentle reminders on days 3, 7, and 10. After 10 days the pending checkout notice stops, and you can upgrade again anytime from Membership.

Practice Premium: Active practice memberships receive a monthly renewal invoice. When the paid month ends, Practice Premium access is restricted until payment is confirmed. Account data and progress are retained and restore after payment.
